Vanteon Welcomes New Co-op for Fall 2024
Vanteon is pleased to announce the addition of Amanda Homan as a CO-OP for Fall 2024 semester. Amanda, currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering at the Rochester Institute of Technology, will be working under the guidance of Joe Ott in the Engineering Department.

This Co-op represents Vanteon’s ongoing commitment to nurturing emerging talent in the field of engineering and providing valuable industry experience to students. This also further strengthens the relationship between Vanteon and RIT that has been valuable over the years.
About Amanda
- Education: Pursuing a master’s degree in electrical engineering at Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT)
- Previous Experience: Work experience at BAE Systems and teaching assistance at RIT

- RIT Women in Engineering and Society of Asian Scientists and Engineers

Personal Interests
When she’s not at Vanteon or studying for classes, Amanda enjoys:
- Tennis
- Reading
- Crochet
- Hanging out with friends
Recently, Amanda took a summer trip to Europe, visiting Paris, Rome, and Germany with close friends. Her favorite destination was Rome.
Co-op Focus
During her Co-op, Amanda will be working on many projects starting with Vanteon’s vProtean SDR.
