Vanteon Among Best Companies in New York State for 7th Straight Year

Fairport, New York (January 9, 2019) – Vanteon is very pleased to announce it recently learned that the company is again ranked among the top employers in the State of New York, according to the New York State Society for Human Resource Management’s Best Companies to Work for in New York State awards program. This represents the 7th consecutive year that Vanteon has been named to the list.

This statewide survey and awards program is designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in New York, benefiting the state’s economy, its workforce and businesses. The 2019 Best Companies to Work for in New York list is made up of 75 companies.

This celebrated annual award comes through a distinctive program that evaluates and ranks the best places of employment based on employee satisfaction and engagement, as well as workplace practices and policies. It is unique because employees’ survey responses count for 75% of the ranking formula.
